Garrett Shingler is the Team Leader of The
Shingler Group real estate team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Old
Line Group. He has lead his team of hard working agents over
the past three years and they have been recognized as one of the top performing
groups in their market area.

Garret has traveled across the country learning
directly from top mastery coaches in the real estate industry—an experience
that shaped his leadership style and ultimately led him to become a coach
himself.

Most recently, Garrett has helped lead
brokerages in York County, Pennsylvania by implementing new systems, driving
growth, and creating expanded opportunities for agents and clients alike. With
a strong background in leadership, coaching, and real-world experience, he
brings a strategic, client-first approach to every transaction—focused on
clarity, results, and long-term relationships. He looks forward to
