I am a full time Realtor who is licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania. I specialize in providing professional representation and quality service to both seller and buyer clients. My area of expertise is focused on listing and selling farms, land and homes on acreage, as well as listing and selling residential and commercial property. With over 20 years of experience in successful real estate marketing, pricing, negotiation and closed sales, my role as your Realtor is more than just a salesperson- I always aim to be your trusted advisor and help you make great decisions. The best part of my job as a Realtor is seeing my clients happy on closing day! Currently, my service areas include Allegany County, Maryland, along with Bedford and Somerset Counties in Pennsylvania. I am currently pursuing a license to also serve clients in West Virginia in the near future! When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking and spending time with my two adult sons, who grew up going to home showing appointments with me! My eldest son, Jake, is a Navy veteran and a full time student at Clemson University- Go Tigers! My younger son, Carter, graduates from WVU this spring- go Mountaineers! Having the flexibility to spend time with my family has been the greatest perk of my real estate career!
